Claims


To notify us of a claim, please contact your usual Austbrokers ABS Aviation broker or alternatively, email info@absaviation.com.au as soon as possible.

Please include:
  • Your name and policy number, if available
  • The date and location of the incident
  • A brief description of what happened
  • Details of the aircraft or property involved
  • Details of any damage or injuries
  • Contact details for any third parties or witnesses involved
  • Any photographs or supporting documents
Please do not delay notifying us if some information is not yet available.

Once notified, we will assist you with lodging the claim, liaise with the insurer and other relevant parties, and keep you updated throughout the process.
